The computer doesn't work again, Everest 49 hp old model, discontinued.
Every 4 years I need to replace it, it's the Efi zeems, A15, for the Prochem Everest 49 hp the old one that is discontinued, what can I do, Are my technicians doing something wrong when they operate de machine or it's a common problem? I know the heat could damage the computer but it's happening in all the Truckmount Everest I have. It's sucks because it's really expensive, and more to bring it to Mexico City, Any ideas?

No h2o pressure
After winterizing my prochem legand I reclaimed the antifreeze (according to the book) and flushed until clear. On the job I noticed that I have very little pressure. I made sure the bypass valve was closed. It appears that most of the water is bypassing and filling the recovery tank very fast. New bypass valve??

Heat exchanger leaking
My heat exchanger on my Prochem Performer 405 has developed a steady leak probably from freezing. I've pulled it and there is a small crack by the weld on the coil. Before I removed it I could clean for about 5 minutes before my truckmount started to work under a heavy load for about 5 seconds and shut down. My question is, will a leaking heat exchanger cause this? The water pressure does not drop on the guage. What else may cause the sudden heavy load that will shut the engine down....

Lost pressure
I have a Prochem Saber 2000 that I bought 9 months ago. A few nights ago I was cleaning a slate floor and got halfway through the job and lost pressure. When I go to engage the heat exchanger I do hear that normal click but the needle on pressure gage doesn't move at all. Please help me. I'm loosing money everyday my unit is down.

Peak GTX- t-406 Gardner Denver blower trouble
Just recently bought this machine. Blower is starting to act strange. The vacuum was releasing way to early and often .I took it to Bridgepoint and they said they fixed it, but now it goes all the way to 13 on the gauge and will not release. The problem started while under warranty. Would like them to replace the blower but I'm sure that will be a struggle. Would appreciate any help on what the problem might be? Prochem everest overheating
Everest keeps overheating. Have flush radiator etc only thing I can think off Is the thermostat is stuck shut. Can pull the thermostat out and run without it no problem? Would hate to pull it out and blow my machine up.

Legend truckmounts New vs Old
I have had two Prochem Legend truck mounts one from 1999 and a new one from 2014. I am starting to realize that the old one seamed to last longer with less issues. Has anyone else noticed this? My new unit seams to spring leaks a lot, and it goes through more oil as well. Don't get me wrong I like the new one but it doesn't seem as durable as my old one was. I am interested to hear thoughts on this.

Installing a Prochem Legend?? Help, Suggestions?
I just picked up an older Legend, mounted on a fresh water tank, and I'm looking for any help or suggestions from anyone familiar.
I did the install on my Panther, and this is similar, but bigger and more connections, including a fuel tap.
Any input is welcomed.

Prochem Legend Gt / Oil Leak Very Bad
I have a Prochem Legend Gt bought in 2011 , the unit is 4 years old and has 2300 hours on it. I change the oil & filter every 100 hours like clock work. The machine has always run great. There has been a very slow oil leak on the rear of the machine that they call the closure plate / or like oil pan that the oil has been coming out of. New Engine For My Truckmount?
I need you guys opinion on an engine that I have, I noticed a few months back oil was on my unit under the burner (Prochem 150). So finally took it to my regular mechanic, different mechanic could not find the problem. Anyways seals are bad, I am thinking a can of worms can be opened and for a few more hundreds I can just get a NEW engine. Engine now is 8-9 years old 18 HP Briggs V-Twin. What would you do? I am def getting a new engine!

auto pump-out problem
i have the in tank pumpout (the one in the blue box with screen on one side). it does not pump very well at all. if i have the machine idleing and no hoses on it pumps good but when i crank it up with hose and wand on it usually won't pump at all, sometimes barely a trickle but doesn't keep up. i just replaced the rule pump in it and check valve. cleaning it out didn't help. do i just have to much lift (about 15-16"hg sometimes up to 20, i need a new kunkle valve) and cfm (56 blower)? i...

Suction
Please help! ! I prochem Saber 2000 model and can't get continuous suction. Hold hand over vacuum inlet and it builds up but drops when put vac hose to it.

Prochem Legend Temperature
I've been using this prochem legend se about a year now and when they replaced the heat exchanger, it went from 250F to 230F maximum heat temperature. I called the tech. who replaced my heat exchanger and said the max. is only 230F. If more than that it's overheating. It doesn't seem right for me. does anyone had this problem before ?thanks

Prochem Legend Float Switch Troubleshooting? How To?
I finally got to run my Legend for 3 hours last night, and it really impressed me!
But when I went out to the truck, it had blown water everywhere, because the float switch didn't shut it down.
How to troubleshoot this?
Is there a relay involved, or does it just ground out the engine thru the switch?
Best place to buy a new one?
I want to get one for the pumpout anyway, even if this one is good.

Hey guys i have a question maybe someone can help us with. So our truckmount as soon as we turn the pump switch on watet is dripping out the exaust on the right side of the machine......we recently had really freezing cold temp here in Jersey but had everything covered in heavy blankets and had good heater about ten inches off the heatxchanger the whole time

Cub XL low pressure
Just bought a used Cub XL and after I got it running found that it has some water pressure but not a lot, maybe 150 lbs. The pressure gauge doesn't work so I can't tell. And the pressure can't be adjusted. I can turn the regulator in or out and the pressure remains the same...low. Any thoughts about this?
