Everest not heating solution over 150

I have a everest that runs great but has recently lost heat . Coolant is full I bleed the coolant heat exchanger , it does not bypass water into the waste tank every thing seems to be working but low heat ?
Going to pull the vac heat exchangers to see it they are dirty . Any other ideas would be appreciated .
